1983
Our story began with a bold vision — building the nation’s backbone through iconic infrastructure projects. From highways, dams, bridges, lakes, and irrigation pipelines to housing and power generation, every landmark we created was built to last, standing the test of time and serving generations.
2000
With an eye on the future, we redefined India’s urban landscape with the launch of our flagship project — Manyata Tech Park. One of the largest integrated townships in the country, it pioneered the concept of live–work–play in India. As Bangalore’s first privately-owned SEZ, Manyata Tech Park became a catalyst for growth, helping position Karnataka as a global IT hub and attracting several Fortune 500 companies to the Indian Silicon Valley.
2012
Anticipating the shift from vertical towers to expansive living, we introduced Bangalore’s first sustainable and green plotted township Earthsong By Manyata, spread across 120 acres. This milestone not only provided space for homes but also established a community that embraced responsible living in harmony with nature.
2024
With a vision to restore balance in one of Bangalore’s most dynamic corridors, we launched The Ekam Collection in Sarjapur. Designed around wellness, mindfulness, and harmony, it represents a new chapter for urban living — creating neighborhoods that nurture both people and place.
